Azay-le-Rideau
Azay-le-Rideau is a commune and a town in the French municipality of Indre-et-Loire. Azay-le-Rideau is an old settlement built that is known since the Roman times. This town is located in the picturesque are on the island of the Indre River. Till the medieval times Azay-le-Rideau was a little village, but with the encounter of the advisor of the Francisco the First there was built a beautiful castle, which for many years served to its lords as the protection of their property and lands.
